On the morning of August 1, 2024, PT Semen Imasco Asiatic collaborated with the Puskesmas Puger medical team to organize a free medical consultation and check-up program for residents of Puger.
The activity aimed to improve the health and well-being of communities surrounding the plant, while also promoting public health awareness and strengthening harmonious relations between the company and the local community.
At the event site, consultation booths and medical expert Q&A sessions were arranged to provide villagers with health information on balanced nutrition, healthy eating habits, scientific fitness, emergency response, and dietary planning for different age groups.
Despite the hot weather, the medical professionals carried out patient examinations with a strong sense of responsibility, patiently answering a wide range of health-related questions from local residents. Services included health screenings for elderly residents, such as blood pressure, blood lipid, and blood glucose measurements. Doctors also used clear and easy-to-understand explanations, along with real-life case examples, to share practical knowledge on health care and disease prevention.
With the support of community volunteers, the free medical service activity was conducted in an orderly and lively atmosphere. According to statistics, the event served more than 400 villagers in total.
The event received high praise from local villagers. Many participants expressed that the free health check-up organized by Renmo Hongshi was thoughtful and meaningful, allowing them to feel the company’s care and concern for the community.
