Suitable for concrete casting such as beams, columns, slabs, pedestals, independent foundations, retaining walls, brickwork, plastering, tiling, and other construction applications.

Ideal for the production of cement bricks, asbestos cement products, general cement-based products, as well as ground and pavement casting.

Use mortar immediately after mixing. Mortar should be applied within 3 (three) hours after mixing. However, when the temperature exceeds 30°C, it should be used within 2 (two) hours.

Mortar must be mixed thoroughly. The mixing time for cement, sand, and water should be no less than 2 (two) minutes, while mixtures containing admixtures should be mixed for at least 3 (three) minutes. Before the mortar hardens, appropriate rain protection measures should be taken to prevent rainwater from infiltrating the mixture.

Mortar plaster layers should be protected from rapid drying before hardening and should undergo curing after 24 hours. The curing period should not exceed 10 days to prevent cracking or splitting in the cement layer.

When cement is mixed with various plasticizers that may reduce its strength, the mortar must be carefully prepared and verified through testing to ensure proper performance.
